Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GI Investments (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you.
2. Deposits and plans
Deposits are made externally via Binance and submitted through the Service for manual review. A deposit is not credited to your account until it has been reviewed and approved. We reserve the right to reject any deposit request that cannot be verified, including where a submitted transaction reference does not match our records.
3. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and are approved based on your available balance at the time of review. We reserve the right to delay, request additional verification for, or decline a withdrawal request where we suspect error, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.
4. Daily tasks and earnings
Daily tasks, task rewards, and displayed daily rates are a feature of your selected plan and may change from time to time. Nothing in the Service guarantees a specific rate of return.
5. Risk disclosure
Investing carries risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance shown in the Service is not a guarantee of future results. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice, and you should seek independent advice before making investment decisions.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, and not to submit false or misleading deposit or withdrawal information.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GI Investments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
